IMPORTANT DOCUMENT FOR TEACHERS TO COMPLETE

Monday         9 March 2026– Rehearsal from 10am Performance 6pm

Tuesday         10 March 2026 – Rehearsal from 11am Performance 6pm 

Wednesday   11 March 2026– Rehearsal from 12pm Performance 7pm 

Thursday       12 March 2026 – Rehearsal from 12pm Performance 7pm 

Friday            13 March 2026– Rehearsal from 11pm Performance 6pm

Monday         16 March 2026 – Rehearsal from 10pm Performance 5pm  

Please read the following notes carefully and contact   Anne Fisher (07921 057916)  if you have any concerns.

I will be available throughout the rehearsal and performance and ‘artsdepot’ staff will also be on duty at all times.

1.           You are responsible for the health, safety and welfare of your group at all times.

2.           Please ensure your group are supervised by a responsible adult in their dressing room and when moving to and from the stage and around the building.

3.           Please keep dressing rooms clear of any rubbish and ensure all exits are clear of coats, bags etc.

4.           After the performance, please ensure your group take all belongings with them.

5.           Do not leave the building after the performance until all of your group have been collected by parents or a member of your staff.

6.           In the event of an emergency please follow instructions from ‘artsdepot’ staff and evacuation notices that are posted around the building.
