artsdepot has a comprehensive Fire Safety Management Plan that works in conjunction with the whole Tally Ho Complex. The modern design of the building has afforded it advanced passive and active fire systems. The evacuation of the building and liaison with the fire brigade is handled directly by the staff in the Security Control Room. This document will help you understand both the evacuation protocol and your responsibilities as a user of artsdepot.

Artsdepot is committed to creating an environment where the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults is actively promoted and of paramount importance.
The Safeguarding Policy explains what procedures we must follow to create this safe environment, and what to do if we have concerns about safeguarding. It is a working document which is reviewed annually to ensure it reflects best practice.
